Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

• Orders 16 oz and under ship via USPS First Class Mail
• Orders over 16 oz ship via USPS Priority Mail

Shipping times provided by USPS are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Oregon Antler Works is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Oregon Antler Works is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. If an issue arises, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the natural and consumable nature of antler chews, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
